How Consumption Charges Work
To keep our monthly and annual plans competitively low and to ensure that high-volume users are billed fairly we use a simple pay-as-you-go system for certain services.
These are called “Consumption Activity Charges.” They apply when you use features like:
Sending emails, text (SMS), or making phone calls from your eShowcase CRM
Using AI-powered tools like image generation or AI-driven responses
This way, you only ever pay for what you actually use — no more, no less.
How Billing Works:
When you use any consumption-based service, a small charge is made to your eShowcase Wallet.
As your usage accumulates, and your wallet balance reduces, we automatically top up your wallet in increments (minimum of $20) using the payment method linked to your account.
You’ll never experience a service interruption due to running out of credits — it’s seamless.
As part of your chosen plan, we also include $10 to $50 in usage credits each month (depending on your plan level). These credits are automatically added to your Wallet balance every month
Any unused credits simply roll over to the next month. This means you’re always getting maximum value from your plan without the pressure to use it or lose it.
Full Transparency, Always:
Our current rates are always published right here on this page (see below).
These rates are subject to change from time to time, mostly driven by costs from upstream providers (like Twilio for messaging or OpenAI for AI services).
If pricing changes, we promise to give you at least 30 days' advance notice — guaranteed.
This model lets us offer you the most competitive base subscription rates, while ensuring you only pay for the extra services you actually use.
Transform your marketing and sales strategy with a unified platform built for success. Simplify lead capture, automate follow-ups, and scale effortlessly—all from one place.
